Kay and Julian would like to welcome you to Halsons Bed and Breakfast, located in Morcombelake, a small village close to the Jurassic coastline, between the market town of Bridport and the seaside town of Lyme Regis.
Halsons was built in the early 1800s and is built mainly of flint. The house is in an elevated position and is surrounded by its own stone walled garden. All of the rooms have views of the beautiful surrounding countryside.
The Golden Cap, the highest point on the south coast of Britain, can be seen from some of the rooms in Halsons and is within walking distance of the Bed and Breakfast, as is its parent peak Hardown Hill which is only a five minute walk up the lane behind us.

Halsons, although easily accessible from the A35, is tucked away down a small lane, so you instantly feel the peace and quiet of the picturesque landscape.
We have three bedrooms, two king size and one twin. They have all been recently decorated and have brand new modern ensuite shower rooms with walk in showers. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms and each room has a TV with Freeview, wi-fi is available and we have onsite parking for our guests.
In addition to the spacious bedrooms guests have access to a large downstairs lounge and an outside patio to sit and relax on. The patio leads off both the lounge and the dining room so on warm days you have the option to eat breakfast in the garden. Alternatively, sit and relax in the sunshine later in the day before going out for dinner.
We welcome you to Halsons Bed and Breakfast and look forward to your stay.
