What is you cancellation policy?

We offer free cancellation until 14 days before arrival.
If cancellation is made between 14 days and the day of arrival we will charge 50% of the total booking cost.
Cancellation on day of arrival or no show we will charge 100% of the total booking cost.

How can we pay for our booking?

We accept all debit and credit cards except American Express, bank transfer or cash on arrival. We will take card details to secure the booking.

What time can I check in?

Anytime from 4 pm as it is self check-in.

What time is check out?

Check out is by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Do you have guest parking?

Yes, guest parking is in front of our garage directly outside the house and we ask all guests to park considerately.

Where can I find out about places to visit and eat?

We provide details of local attractions and places to eat and drink.

Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?

Yes, a hairdryer is available in the walk-in wardrobe.

Are there tea and coffee making facilities in the room?

Yes, we offer tea and coffee making facilities. We also provide tumblers, wine glasses and a bottle opener if you want to use your own cold drinks or alcohol.

Where is the nearest train station?

Axminster train station is approximately a 10 minute drive away.

Is there a local bus?

The bus stop in both directions is only a five minute walk from The Haven and buses run to Bridport, Dorchester, Weymouth and Lyme Regis.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes we do have Wi-Fi.

Does the apartment have a TV?

Yes, there is a smart TV

Do you cater for pets?

No, unfortunately we do not cater for pets.

Do you have a family room?

No, we are an adult only Bed and Breakfast.
